How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Are Pure Nails products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be 100% vegan and cruelty-free. None of our formulas or ingredients are tested on animals.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened.
How do I make my manicure last longer?
For the best results, always start with a clean nail bed, use our Pure Base Coat, apply two thin layers of color, and finish with our High-Shine Top Coat.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, but if you contact us within 1 hour of placement, we will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations.
